摘　　要：慢性湿疹是一种常见的皮肤病,主要表现为剧烈瘙痒、皮肤苔藓样变等,具有发病率高、病程长、易反复的特点。临床上慢性湿疹的治疗呈现多元化,主要以局部药物外治疗法为主。传统医药外治法剂型多样,使用方便。西药外治法中,局部药物外用已成为第一线治疗轻中度慢性湿疹的主要手段。近年来研究表明,不管是传统医学外治法还是西医外治法均具有较好的临床效果。中西医结合治疗可以发挥协同作用,效果优于单一手段治疗,且能降低不良反应发生率,提高患者依从性。Chronic eczema is a common skin disease,mainly manifested as severe itching,skin moss-like changes, and characterized with high incidence, long course, and easy to relapse. Clinical treatment of chronic eczema is diversified, with local drug therapy as the main treatment. The external treatment of traditional Chinese herbal medicine has various dosage forms,and is easy to use. In the external treatment of western medicine,topical medicine has become the front-line treatment for nfild and moderate chronic eczema. Recent studies have shown that both traditional medical treatment and external treatment of western medicine have good clinical results. The combination of Chinese and western medicine can play- a synergistic role, showing better effect than single use of either treatment, and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, thereby improve the patient compliance.
