摘  要:目的研究口腔颌面锥形束计算机断层扫描(CBCT)受检者的牙周辐射剂量规律,指导口腔CBCT临床进行合理辐射防护。方法热释光剂量计(TLD) 126支分为42组(3支/组),按照无辐射防护(1~21组)以及有辐射防护(22~42组)情况分置于仿真人头颈体模检查部位和非检查部位体表的对应测试点进行测试。口腔CBCT检查后读出器读出每个TLD入射体表剂量,3支/组取平均值后转换成有效剂量。结果在无和辐射防护条件下,口腔CBCT受检者检查部位体表对应测试点的辐射剂量基本一致(P> 0. 05);非检查部位体表对应测试点的辐射剂量,辐射防护小于无辐射防护情况(P <0. 05)。结论口腔CBCT检查要优化检查技术,对受检者检查部位邻近非检查部位进行专业辐射防护。Objective To guide the radiation protection of oral cone beam computed tomography(CBCT) by studying the rule of radiation distribution. Methods A total of 126 thermoluminescence dosimeters (TLD) divided into 42 groups (3 units/group), to test the dose by placing the TLDs on the test point of the inspection site and non-inspection site of the head and neck phantom without radiation protection( group 1-21 ) and with radiation protection( group 22-42). After oral CBCT,the surface incident dose of each TLD was read, and the average dose of 3 units/group TLD was converted to the effective dose. Results The radiation doses of the body surface test points of oral CBCT inspection sites were basically the same with or without radiation protection( P 〉 0.05 ) ;the radiation doses of the body surface test points at the non-inspection sites with radiation protection were less those without protection(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Oral CBCT examination should be optimized to provide professional radiation protection to the adjacent non-examination sites of the patients.
