摘 要:目的探讨ABO血型、性别、年龄对血浆成分中Ⅷ因子活性(FⅧ)和纤维蛋白原含量(FIB)的影响。方法采用离心法制备冷沉淀凝血因子和去冷沉淀血浆,检测献血者ABO血型、冷沉淀凝血因子与去冷沉淀血浆中Ⅷ因子活性和纤维蛋白原含量,并采用t检验,LSD法及多元线性逐步回归对各组数据进行分析。结果冷沉淀凝血因子中FⅧ水平以A型、B型组明显高于O型组(P <0.001),去冷沉淀血浆中FⅧ水平以A型、O型组明显低于B型组(P <0.01)。冷沉淀凝血因子中FI B水平以女性组明显高于男性组(P <0. 005),去冷沉淀血浆中FI B水平以女性组明显高于男性组(P <0. 05)。去冷沉淀血浆中FⅧ水平以>30岁人群明显高于≤30岁人群(P <0.05),去冷沉淀血浆中FIB水平以>30岁人群明显高于≤30岁人群(P <0.001)。结论血型是冷沉淀凝血因子和去冷沉淀血浆中FⅧ水平的影响因素,B型含量均是最高。ABO血型对冷沉淀凝血因子和去冷沉淀血浆中FIB水平无影响。性别是冷沉淀凝血因子中FⅧ和FIB水平的影响因素,也是去冷沉淀血浆中FIB水平的影响因素,且女性组高于男性组。年龄是去冷沉淀血浆中FⅧ和FIB水平的影响因素,适龄献血人群中>30岁组明显高于≤30岁组。Objective To investigate the influences of ABO blood group,gender and age on factor Ⅷ andfibrinogen in the plasma component. Methods The cryoprecipitated antihemophilic factors and cryoprecipitate reducedplasma were prepared by centrifugal method. ABO blood group of blood donors,factor Ⅷ activities and fibrinogen levels inthe cryoprecipitated antihemophilic factors and cryoprecipitate reduced plasma were detected,and the data were comparedand analyzed by t test,LSD method and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis. Results The level of FⅧ in group Aand group B from cryoprecipitated antihemophilic factor was significantly higher than that in group O (P 〈0.001). Thelevel of FⅧ in group A and group O from cryoprecipitate reduced plasma was significantly lower than that in group B (P〈0.01).The level of FIB in the female group from cryoprecipitated antihemophilic factor was higher than that in the malegroup(P 〈0.005).The level of FIB in the female group from cryoprecipitate reduced plasma was higher than that in the malegroup(P 〈0.05).The level of FⅧ in the 〉30 year olds group from cryoprecipitate reduced plasma was significantly higherthan that in the≤30 year olds group (P 〈0.05).The level of FIB in the 〉30 year olds group from cryoprecipitate reducedplasma was significantly higher than that in the≤30 year olds group (P 〈0.001).Conclusion Blood group is the factoraffecting the FⅧ level of both cryoprecipitated antihemophilic factor and cryoprecipitate reduced plasma,and the content ingroup B is the highest. The ABO blood group has no effect on the FIB levels in either cryoprecipitated antihemophilic factoror cryoprecipitate reduced plasma.Gender is the factors affecting the FⅧ and FIB level of cryoprecipitated antihemophilicfactor,it was also an influencing factor of the level of FIB in cryoprecipitate reduced plasma,and the female group ishigher than the male group.
