北京市中老年人群移动医疗服务APP认知及使用现状调查

摘　　要：目的:调查中老年人群移动医疗服务APP的认知和使用现状。方法:采用方便抽样方法,选取北京市2家医院的240名中老年患者,采用自制问卷进行调查。结果:中老年人的移动医疗服务APP的总体知晓率为58.3%,总体使用率为14.2%,知晓和使用种类以预约挂号类APP为主。文化程度、居住状况、上网频率及网络医疗信息真实性对中老年人移动医疗服务APP使用的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中老年人的文化程度越高,使用率越高;与配偶同住的中老年人的移动医疗服务APP使用率最高,经常上网且对网络医疗信息信任程度较高的中老年人使用率更高。结论:中老年人移动医疗服务APP知晓率和使用率低,其选择偏好不易改变,网络信息真实性影响其使用。应加强宣传推广,提高服务水平,规范网络医疗健康信息。Objective： To investigate the cognitive and use status of mobile heahh APP lot middle-aged and elderly people. Methods： Using the convenience sampling method, 240 middle-aged alld elderly patients in two hospitals in Bei.jing were selected and investigaled with structured questionnaire. Results ： The overall awareness tale of the mobile heahh APP of middle-aged and elderly people is 58.3%, and the overall uiilizalion tale is 14.2%. The lype o1＇ mobile heahh APP that elderly people know and use is mainly reserved lot registered apps. The influence of age, educa- tion, living condition, Internet l＇requency, network medical inlbrmation authendcity and network securily on mobile heahh APP use of elderly people was slalislically siglfilican （P〈0.05）. The higher the education level, the higher the utilization tale o1＇ mobile heahh APP. Elderly people who live with their spouses have the highest rates of mobile health APP use. The mobile health APP use rate is higher in the elderly with higher trust degree and higher perceived network security. Conclusion： The APP cognition rate using rate of mobile medical service in middle aged and old people are low. The choice prelerence is not easy to change, and the authendcity of network inlbrmafion affeels the use. We should strengthen publicity and pro- motion, improve service level and standardize network health information.
