美国健康维护组织的运作模式对我国老年人健康管理的启示

摘　　要：我国人口老龄化程度不断加深,老年慢性病患者和失能者增多,老年人健康管理工作日益被重视。美国健康管理体系发展较为完善,美国健康维护组织的产生与发展,其运作特点及其老年人健康管理效果等均对我国老年健康管理工作具有借鉴意义。政府应推动立法,落实分级诊疗制度,加强监管;商业医疗保险机构应构建信息平台,实现医养保三方协作,与健康管理公司融合发展。The aging of populalion in China is increasingly deepening. Elderly people wilh chronic diseases and disabilily increase. The eld- erly heahh managemenl is becoming more and more imporlanl, which has been well developed in lhe Uniled Slales. The appearance, develop- menl, operalional characlerislic and ils ellecls on lhe elderly heahh managemenl call be used as relerence for lhe elderly heahh managemenl in Chi- na. The governmenl should promole legislalion, praclice hierarchical diagnosis and enhance supervision. The commercial medical insurance inslilu- lions should build informalion plalform, fuse insursllce, medical and pension as one, and encourage lhe inlegralion of heahh nmnagemenl companies.
