摘　　要：目的:了解上海市某社区中医养生保健服务机构现况,为社区中医养生保健服务机构的卫生监督协管工作提供依据。方法:自行设计《某社区中医养生保健机构调查评估表》,对辖区内所有开展中医养生保健服务的机构进行现场调查。调查结果与《中医养生保健服务机构基本标准(试用稿)》进行对照分析。结果:该社区中医养生保健服务机构共31家; 30家持有工商经营许可证,其中26家具备公共卫生服务许可证,5家由工商核准经营中医养生保健服务项目; 16家经营场地面积≥120平方米,合格率为51.61%; 24家设有消毒间,设置率为77.42%; 31家从业人员均≥3人,合格率为100%;共209名从业人员,有效健康证持证率96.17%,中医服务资格持证率10.04%; 2家中医养生保健服务机构有违规行为,违规率为6.45%。结论:该社区中医养生保健服务机构设置、管理仍存在问题,亟待规范中医养生保健行业服务标准,规范准入机制,促进行业自律,加强卫生监督,满足公众养生保健需求。Objective ： To know the current situation of TCM wellness institutions of a community in Shanghai and provide a basis lot the as- sist work to heahh supervision. Methods： On the basis of literature searching, design the investigation and evaluation sheet of TCM wellness insti- tution and do the spot investigation. Comparative analysis the result with the basic standard of TCM wellness institution （Trial drafl）. Results： There are 31 TCM wellness institution in the community. 30 of them have business licenses, 26 of yhem have public heahh service licenses.5 of them are approved by industrial and commercial management of TCM wellness projects. 16 institutions＇ area are more than 120 square reelers, percenl of pass is 51.61%.24 of them have disinl＇eclion room, the setting rate is 77.42%.A11 the institutions are have 3 employee al least, percenl of pass is 100%.It have 209 employee in total, 96.17%of them have effective heahh certilicate, 10.04% of them have the TCM service qualilica- tion. There are 2 institutions have irregularities, the violation rate is 6.45%. Conclusion： The current situation of TCM wellness institution in the community is better than the average level. Bul the lhcilities management is still not standardized. The service standard of TCM wellness institution should be standardized, standard access mechanism, promole industry self-regulation and slrengthen heahh supervision. Meel the needs of peo- ple＇ s heahh care.
