社区老年人健康自我管理与应对方式的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:调查长春市社区老年人健康自我管理与应对方式现状,并分析二者的相关性。方法:采用健康自我管理能力测评量表、应对方式问卷对长春市480名社区老年人进行问卷调查。结果:调查对象健康自我管理总均分3.95±0.73,年龄、月收入、是否独居、是否有养老保险影响健康的自我管理,老年人常采用求助和解决问题这2种积极的应对方式,且健康自我管理与应对方式存在相关性。结论:可根据影响因素采取有针对性的措施,提高社区老年人健康自我管理水平,改善应对方式,积极地面对问题,促进老年人身心健康。Objectives： To investigate the status of community elderly heahh self-mallagement and coping styles in Changchun, and analyze the correlation between them. Methods： The demographic data questionnaire, heahh self-management questionnaire, coping styles questionnaire were conducted among 480 community elderly people in Changchun. Results： The total average score of community elderly health self management in Changchun was 3.95±0.73, age, monthly income, whether alone, whether to have endowment insurance are the inlluenciKlg lhctors of heahh self-management, elderly people of ten use help and solve the problem, and heahh self management has correlation with coping styles. Conclu- sion： We should take targe ted measures to improve the level of community elderly heahh self management according to the inlluencing lactors, at the same time improve the coping styles, promote them to actively cope with problems, so as to promote the elderly heahh of body and mind.
