摘　　要：韩国的卫生法律体系相对健全和独特,覆盖内容全面,结构清晰,对健康权进行法律保障,强制实现普遍保障,体现全生命周期保健、疾病预防、健康促进和健康福利策略,实现了全民医疗保险,其更新也与时俱进。我国应加强卫生法律体系的建设,关注全生命周期卫生保险,彰显法律的社会关怀,注重全人群终身卫生保健,注重卫生法律的更新,通过法律保障社会福利事业的顺利实施。Korea＇s heahh legal system is relatively sound and unique, covering a comprehensive content, with clear structure, legal protec- don of the right to heahh and compulsory universal protecdon. It reflects the whole life cycle heahh care, preventive care, heahh promotion, social care and implements universal heahh insurance. We should accelerate the construcdon of health legal system, and establish basic health law in China. In the process of legislation, Chinese government needs to pay attention to social care of law, emphasize whole population＇ s lilelong health care, the renewal of health law, and ensure the smooth implementation of social welfare through law.
