生活垃圾收集点清运作业现状及对策分析

摘　　要：为实现环卫作业的精细化管理,合理评价生活垃圾收集作业现状,对成都市中心城区2个街道办事处生活垃圾收集点收运作业过程进行了连续跟踪调查,通过对收集点类型、占地面积、密闭化程度等设置指标,以及实际收运收集点数量、收运次数、收运过程环境卫生状况等实际收运作业数据的分析,指出收集点存在设置不规范、作业覆盖不全、环境卫生质量差等管理问题,并提出了针对性建议。To realize meticulous management of environmental sanitation work and reasonably evaluate current situation of municipal solid waste collection, continuous tracking survey of removal process of all the refuse collection spots in two subdistrict offices in central urban area of Chengdu was carried out. Based on the analysis of collection points＇ setting targets like type, cover area, degree of closure, and actual collecting data like the number of spots collected actually, collection number, environmental sanitation status during collecting, the problems such as nonstandard setting, incomplete job coverage and poor environmental sanitation quality were pointed out, and some corresponding suggestions were put forward.
