摘 要:针对实际运行中的太阳能真空管积垢结垢情况严重、影响设备使用寿命的问题,通过实验方式分析不同介质温度及其所含离子浓度条件下,真空管的积垢结垢和超声波除垢、抑垢情况。研究表明:现有真空管材质抗垢性能差,内管表面容易结垢,污垢沉积率达2.89g/(㎡·h);将超声波用于真空管的除垢、抑垢方面效果显著,除垢率达87.96%、抑垢率达93.92%。For the problems of severe fouling formation in solar vacuum tube and its effect on the service life, the sealing and ultrasonic descaling and fouling inhibition in the solar vacuum tube is experimentally inverstated under the condition of different temperatures and different concentration, the result shows that, at present the vacuum tube material is poor, the surface of the pipeline is easy to scale and the dirt generation rate is up to 2.89 g/( ㎡· h). The effect of ultrasonic wave on descaling and inhibiting fouling of vacuum tube is remarkable, with the rate of fouling removal reaching 87.96 percent and the rate of in- hibiting fouling generation up to 93.92 percent.
