摘　　要：知识产权本身具备制度供给和技术供给的双重属性,是经济进入创新驱动发展阶段的核心供给要素。知识产权以其产权安排机制属性、创新激励机制属性、有效的市场机制属性推动制度变革;以其创造、运用、商业化所能带来的新活力和调动的创新热情推动结构优化;以其高级生产要素的本质属性推动供给侧的要素升级,这是知识产权得以助推供给侧结构性改革的基本逻辑机理。遵循上述逻辑机理,顺利实现和发挥知识产权助推供给侧结构性改革的功能和作用,应该从完善知识产权制度供给、提升知识产权技术供给、加大知识产权运用供给、增加知识产权产品供给、优化知识产权服务供给等五个方面,探寻可行的路径及对策举措。Intellectual property is the core supply factor promoting economy into the stage of innovation-driven development,which has the dual attributes including institutional supply and technology supply. Intellectual property promotes institutional transformation by its attributes of property rights arrangements mechanism,innovation incentive mechanism,effective market mechanism. Meanwhile,intellectual property advances structural optimization through the new dynamism and innovative enthusiasm caused by its creation,application and commercialization.Moreover,intellectual property drives factor upgrading of the supply-side via its essential attributes of advanced production factors. These are the basic logical mechanism of the supply-side structural reforms promoted by intellectual property. Following the logic mechanism,achieving and exerting functions of the reforms smoothly needs to explore feasible paths and countermeasures through six aspects,which include： improving the intellectual property institutional supply,advancing the intellectual property technology supply,increasing the intellectual property applications supply,increasing the supply of intellectual property products and optimizing the supply of intellectual property services.
