摘 要:大量滥用抗生素已成为影响用药安全和造成环境污染的关键因素之一,因此有效地分析抗生素含量和选择合适的分析方法具有重要意义。本文介绍了电子受体,并对近年来基于荷移分光光度法测定不同抗生素含量的方法,包括吸收波长、摩尔吸光系数、线性范围、回收率和络合比等参数,以及各类抗生素的荷移反应的局限性进行总结和评述,并就目前常规分析方法的优缺点进行比较,为荷移分光光度法在其他药物分析中奠定基础。Large-scale abuse of antibiotics has become one of the key factors affecting the safety of the drug and causing environmental pollution. Thus, it is important to analyze the antibiotic content effectively and select the appropriate analytical method. In this paper, the electronacceptors were introduced, and the methods of determining the content of different antibiotics based on charge transfer spectrophotometry in recent years were summarized, including the absorption wavelength, the molar absorptivity, the linear range, the recovery rate and the complex-ratio, and limitations of charge transfer reaction of various types of antibiotics, and the advantages and disadvantages of the current routine analysis methods were compared, so as to lay a foundation for other drug analysis by charge transfer spectrophotometry.
