摘 要:事物的发展无止境。杂交水稻经历了从第1代以细胞质雄性不育系为遗传工具的三系法杂交水稻到第2代以光温敏雄性不育系为遗传工具的两系法杂交水稻的快速发展,目前正在研究攻关以遗传工程雄性不育系为遗传工具的第3代杂交水稻。同时,提出了杂交水稻发展的战略,将沿着第4代C_4型杂交水稻和以利用无融合生殖固定水稻杂种优势的第5代杂交水稻的方向不断向前发展。Things are always going on and on. Hybrid rice has been developing fast from the first generation of threeline hybrid rice with a cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) line as the genetic tool to the second generation of two-line hybrid rice with a photo-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile (PTGMS) line as the genetic tool. Currently, the third generation hybrid rice with a genetically-engineered male sterile (GEMS) line as the genetic tool has been researched as the key task and target. Meanwhile, the strategy for future hybrid rice development was put forward, i.e., hybrid rice would move forward constantly in the direction of the fourth generation of Ca hybrid rice and the fifth generation of apomixis hybrid flee.
