摘  要:利用北方粳稻品种通35与野生禾本科植物菰进行远缘杂交,自D_2世代开始出现变异株,杂交后代分离明显,经人工选择获得了若干丰产性好、抗逆性强的新材料;通过恢复力鉴定,筛选到了1份对BT型细胞质雄性不育系具有良好恢复能力的稳定遗传变异系TH1,TH1与BT型粳稻细胞质雄性不育系P6A的测交F_1代植株结实率达到了90.3%,与通禾830A、通禾832A和通禾857A的测交F_1代结实率分别为86.2%、84.5%和56.7%,表明稻/菰远缘杂交能创制出BT型粳稻恢复系。A distant cross between the northem japonica rice variety Tong 35 and a Zizania plant of wild gramineae was made. Some variant plants were found in the D2 genetation, and the characteristic segregation was remarkable in the following generations. By selection, some new individual plants with high-yielding potential and good stress resistance were developed. Among them, TH1, a strong restorer line with good restoring ability to BT-type japonica CMS lines, was selected via identification of restoring ability. The F1 plants of the cross between TH1 and P6A, a BT-type japonica CMS line, showed a seed-setting rate as high as 90.3%, and the F1 plants of the crosses derived from TH1 and the japonica CMS lines including Tonghe 830A,Tonghe 832A and Tonghe 857A reached a seed-setting rate of 86.2%, 84.5% and 56.7%, respectively. It is indicated that the strategy of distant crosses between rice and Zizania would be promising for creating new BT-type japonica restorer lines.
