摘 要:为探讨不同生态气候条件对杂交籼稻新组合和两优332淀粉RVA谱特性的影响,在长江中下游主要籼稻种植区选择了11个不同纬度生态点,研究不同生态气候条件下和两优332淀粉RVA谱特征值的变化规律,综合评价抽穗后30 d内各气候因子的效应。结果表明,8个RVA谱特征值在不同生态点间的差异均达显著水平。相关分析表明,抽穗后30 d内日平均气温和平均光照时数是影响和两优332 RVA谱特征值的主要生态气候因子。根据RVA谱特征值变异系数的大小,可将和两优332的8个RVA谱特征值划分成3种类型,即生态气候稳定型、中间型及生态气候敏感型。根据RVA谱特征值中的崩解值、消减值和回复值3个指标对和两优332各生态点的评价,发现洪湖、临湘和京山是和两优332优质种植区。In order to understand the effects of different ecological climate conditions on the RVA profile characteristic values of the indica hybrid rice Heliangyou 332, eleven different ecological locations were selected in the main indica rice planting area of the middle and lower Yangtze River Valley to study the changing rule of starch RVA profile characteristic values of Heliangyou 332 in different ecological locations and comprehensively evaluate the effects of the climatic factors in 30 days after heading on the RVA profile characteristic values. The results showed that all of eight RVA profile characteristic values, including peak viscosity (PKV), hot paste viscosity(HPV), cool paste viscosity(CPV), breakdown viscosity(BDV), setback viscosity(SBV), consistence viscosity(CSV), peak time(PeT) and pasting temperature(PaT), had a significant variation among different locations. The correlation analysis showed that daily mean air temperature(DMAT) and daily mean sunshine(DMS) in 30d after heading were the main climatic factors affecting the RVA profile characteristic values of Heliangyou 332. According to the coefficient of variation of KVA profile characteristic values, eight RVA profile characteristic values could be classified into three types: ecological climatestable type, intermediate type and ecological climate-sensitive type. Based on the evaluation of 11 different ecological locations in BDV, SBV and C SV, it is found that Honghu, Linxiang and Jingshan are the optimal ecological regions for the high grain quality production of Heliangyou 332.
