摘  要:本文基于区域方法和气流网络模型,结合双层皮玻璃幕墙机械通风的特点,综合考虑了通风空腔内热压、风压和横向交叉气流的作用,建立了机械通风双层皮玻璃幕墙的模型。搭建了机械通风双层皮玻璃幕墙试验台对模型进行验证。采用试验期间的太阳辐射值和室内外的温度作为模型的输入值,将模拟的各层温度值与实验值进行对比。结果显示,各层温度的实验值与模拟值的最大偏差均在2.6℃以内,内侧玻璃温度的实验值与模拟值的偏差在1℃以内。总体来讲,模拟值与实验值较为吻合,计算速度较快,可用于能耗模拟。分析了机械通风双层皮玻璃幕墙的通风量和百叶角度对内侧玻璃温度和得热量的影响,结果表明,通过增加通风量和百叶角度可以有效的降低内侧玻璃的温度和得热量。A model of mechanical ventilation double skin fa?ade based on the zonal model regional method and airflow network model was established,in which characteristics of mechanical ventilation double skin facade( hereinafter referred to MVDSF) and effects of hot pressure,wind pressure and transverse cross flow in ventilation cavity were considered. A MVDSF test bench was set up to verify the model. With the use of solar radiation and indoor and outdoor temperatures as input values of the model,the simulated temperature values are compared with the experimental values,results of which show that the maximum deviation between the experimental value and the simulated value of each layer temperature is within 2. 6 ℃,while the deviation between the experimental value of the inner glass temperature and the simulated value is within 1 ℃. In general,the simulated values are in good agreement with the experimental values. The calculation can be completed in a short time and can be used for energy simulation. Effects of ventilation volume and slat angle of MVDSF on temperature and heat gains of the inner glass were analyzed as well. Results show that the temperature of the inner glass and heat gains can be effectively reduced by increasing the ventilation volume and the slat angle.
