摘　　要：研究支气管扩张感染合并EB病毒感染病原学特点及感染指标PCT、CRP、IL-6表达情况。采用PCR方法检测外周血EB病毒DNA,ELISA方法检测血清EB抗体IgG及IgM,ELISA方法检测血清中PCT、CRP、IL-6表达情况,痰培养+药敏实验分析细菌学特点。分析EB病毒感染患者合并支气管扩张常见病原菌特点及感染指标PCT、CRP、IL-6的表达水平,对其治疗效果、预后进行综合分析。EB病毒感染患者,即EB病毒DNA增高合并支气管扩张中的PCT、CRP、IL-6显著高于非EB病毒感染的支气管扩张患者,其病原学特点为感染EB病毒患者多为G-菌感染支气管扩张,并有痰量增加、抗感染治疗时间延长。由此,感染EB病毒可加重支气管扩张患者炎症反应及严重程度。To study the pathogenic characteristics of bronchiectasis with Epstein-Barr virus（EBV）infection and the expression of PCT,CRP and IL-6 in serum,EBV DNA in the peripheral blood was detected by PCR,the EB antibodies IgG and IgM in the serum were measured by ELISA,and the levels of PCT,CRP and IL-6 in serum were detected by ELISA.Sputum culture and drug sensitivity analysis were carried out.The characteristics of common pathogens of bronchiectasis,and the levels of PCT,CRP and IL-6 in EBV-infected patients combined with bronchiectasis were analyzed,and their therapeutic effects and prognosis were analyzed comprehensively.The PCT,CRP and IL-6 in patients with EBV infection,as assessed by increase of EBV-DNA and bronchiectasis,were significantly higher than those without EBV infection.The pathogenic characteristics of patients with EBV infection were G-bacteria positive,with increased sputum volume and extended anti-infective treatment.Therefore,infection of EBV can aggravates the inflammatory response and the severity of bronchiectasis.
