摘 要:为了获得台阶沉头孔,基于冲锻复合成形技术,提出了一步冲锻法、锻-冲法和冲-锻-冲法3种台阶沉头孔的成形方法。采用有限元模拟获得了3种方法的行程-载荷曲线、等效应力应变分布以及材料流动规律。结果表明:冲-锻-冲法成形台阶沉头孔时最大载荷为85818 N,比一步冲锻法小20%,比锻-冲法小16%;等效应力范围为350~1120 MPa,变形更均匀;工件台阶孔的上直角部位材料向外流动0.3mm,工件宽度增大0.3 mm,比一步冲锻法和锻-冲法的材料向外流动的位移小,工件变形小。按照模拟获得的冲-锻-冲法进行沉头孔的成形实验,可以获得尺寸合格、变形均匀的台阶沉头孔。In order to obtain step hole,based on the stamping-forging compound forming technology,three kinds of forming methods for step hole were put forward,namely,one-step stamping-forging method,forging-stamping method and stamping-forging-stamping method,and their stroke-load curve,equivalent stress and strain distribution and material flow law were obtained by finite element simulation respectively. The results show that when the step hole is produced by the stamping-forging-stamping method,the maximum load is 85818 N,which is 20% smaller than that produced by the one-step stamping-forging method and 16% smaller than that produced by the forging-stamping method. The deformation is more uniform under the equivalent stress range of 350-1120 MPa,the material outward flow displacement in the upper right angle of the step hole is 0. 3 mm,and the width of workpiece increases 0. 3 mm,which are smaller than these produced by the one-step stamping-forging method and the forging-stamping method. Thus,according to the simulation results,the forming experiment is conducted by the stamping-forging-stamping method,and the step hole with qualified size and uniform deformation is obtained.
