摘 要:采用一种新型的粉末触变锻造技术制备了2024铝合金,采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等分析手段,研究了固溶温度对粉末触变锻造2024铝合金和金属型铸造2024铝合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。研究表明:随着固溶温度的升高,粉末触变锻造2024铝合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率都逐渐增加,在490℃×3 h时,综合力学性能达到最佳,其抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为350 MPa, 270 MPa和17. 5%;金属型铸造2024铝合金最佳固溶工艺为490℃×12 h,其抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别达到320 MPa,245 MPa和15. 2%;相比金属型铸造2024铝合金,粉末触变锻造2024铝合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别提高了9. 4%,10.2%和15.1%。2024 aluminum alloy was produced by a new type of powder thixo-forging method,and the influences of solution temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of powder thixo-forging and casting 2024 aluminum alloys were studied by optical microscope (OM),scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation rate of powder thixo-forging 2024 aluminum alloy increase gradually with the increasing of solution temperature,and the comprehensive mechanical properties achieve the best at 490 ℃ × 3 h with the tensile strength of 350 MPa,the yield stress of 270 MPa and the elongation rate of 17. 5%. However,the best solution technology of casting 2024 aluminum alloy is at 490 ℃ × 12 h,and its tensile strength,yield strength and elongation rate are 320 MPa,245 MPa,15. 2%,respectively. Comparing with casting 2024 aluminum alloy,the tensile strength,yield strength,and elongation rate of powder thixo-forging 2024 aluminum alloy are increased by 9. 4%,10. 2%,15. 1%,respectively.
