摘  要:为改善和提高AZ81镁合金的组织和力学性能,采用不同的始锻温度对AZ81镁合金进行了锻压试验,并进行了组织和力学性能的测试与分析。结果表明:随始锻温度从400℃升高至480℃,试样的平均晶粒尺寸和断后伸长率先减小后增大,而抗拉强度和屈服强度先增大后减小,试样的显微组织和力学性能均先改善后变差。与400℃时锻造相比,始锻温度为440℃时锻造的AZ81镁合金的平均晶粒尺寸减小了9.4μm,晶粒细化,组织得到了极大地改善;抗拉强度和屈服强度分别增大了63和71 MPa,断后伸长率减小了3.9%。因此,AZ81镁合金的始锻温度优选为440℃。In order to improve the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ81 magnesium alloy,the forging experiments of AZ81 magnesium alloy at different initial forging temperatures were conducted,and the microstructure and mechanical properties were tested and analyzed. The results show that with the initial forging temperature increasing from 400 ℃ to 480 ℃,the average grain size and elongation after fracture first decrease and then increase,while the tensile strength and yield strength first increase and then decrease. Both the microstructure and mechanical properties are improved firstly and then changed worse. Compared with the forging at 400 ℃,the average grain size of AZ81 magnesium alloy is reduced by 9.4 μm when the initial forging temperature is 440 ℃,and the grain refinement and microstructure are greatly improved. Furthermore,the tensile strength and yield strength are increased by 63 and 71 MPa respectively,and the elongation after fracture is reduced by 3.9%. Thus,the optimized initial forging temperature of AZ81 magnesium alloy is 440 ℃.
