摘 要:针对某新能源汽车轻量化地板件在冲压成形过程中发生的拉裂和起皱等缺陷进行研究,采用有限元模拟和实验设计相结合的方法,对工艺方案进行优化设计。以压边力F、摩擦系数μ和凹模下压速度v为影响因素,提出以最大减薄率Y_1和最大增厚率Y_2两个函数作为成形质量评价目标函数,进行多目标优化。采用正交实验设计实验方案,并在Design-Expert中对建立的优化模型进行多目标求解,最终得到了期望值最高的最优化冲压成形参数组合为:压边力F=160kN、摩擦系数μ=0.1、凹模下压速度v=2 m·s^-1。并通过工厂的实际试模检验了优化方案的可靠性。For lightweight floor parts of a new energy vehicle,the cracking and wrinkling problems during the stamping process were studied,and the process design was optimized by the finite element simulation and experimental design. Then,the maximum thinning rate Y_1 and the maximum thickening rate Y_2 were taken as the objective functions of the forming quality evaluation,the blank holder force F,friction coefficient μ and lower die pressure speed v were taken as the influencing factors,and the multi-objective optimization was conducted.Furthermore,the experimental scheme was designed by the orthogonal test,and the multi-objective solution is carried out to the established optimization model in Design-Expert. Finally,the optimal combination of stamping parameters with the highest expected value was obtained with the blank holder force F = 160 kN,the friction coefficient μ = 0.1 and the lower die pressure speed v = 2 m·s^-1) The reliability of the optimization scheme was verified by the actual trial produce in the factory.
