摘  要:介绍了一种汽车防尘盖零件的多工位级进模设计。利用板料分析软件,对该零件的成形工艺进行模拟仿真分析,结果表明采用多工位级进冲压工艺方案能很好地满足生产需求。零件成形过程包括冲裁、拉深、局部成形和翻边等。结合级进模的排样特点,本次设计最终确定了8工位的模具结构,各工位的工序内容为:冲定位孔和工艺切口、冲裁外形1、冲裁外形2、空工位、整体拉深及局部凸筋成形、冲圆角矩形孔、翻边及冲孔、零件落料及载体切断。料带选用单斜排排列,保证了材料的利用率,并采用双侧载体、导正销钉定位、浮升销和承料块的浮料装置,保证了送料的精度。经过实际生产验证,该模具使用性能稳定,产品质量良好,满足了大批量生产需求。The multi-position progressive die design for an automobile dust cover was introduced,and the forming process of this part was simulated and analyzed by the sheet analysis software. The results show that the multi-position progressive stamping process method with blanking,deep drawing,partial forming and flanging can meet the production requirement very well. Based on the layout features of the progressive die,the design of eight-position die structure is finally confirmed,namely,the location hole punching and process notching,contour blanking 1,contour blanking 2,empty position,overall deep drawing and partial rib forming,rounded rectangular hole punching,flanging and piercing,part blanking and carriers cutting. Furthermore,the material strip is arranged with the single oblique row to ensure the material utilization and with the dual-side carriers,pilot pins locating,floating device of floating pins and supporting block to assure the feeding precision. After actual production verification,the performance of progressive die is stable,and the good product quality is obtained,which meets the needs of mass production.
