摘　　要：设计一种新型空投橡胶油囊。以1400dtex/3F94TE高强度锦纶帘布作骨架材料,氯醚橡胶作内层胶、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶作外层胶,采用充气模、分解模高压硫化工艺,制备一种新型空投橡胶油囊。经飞行空投试验验证,新型空投橡胶油囊能够满足现代空投的使用需要。A new type of airdrop rubber fuel drum was designed.The new type of airdrop rubber fuel drum was prepared by using 1400 dtex/3 F94 TE high strength nylon cord as skeleton material,ECO as inner rubber and CSM as outer rubber,and adopting high pressure vulcanization technology for inflation mold or detachable mold.The flight airdrop test showed that the new type of airdrop rubber fuel drum could meet the needs of modern military airdrop.
