摘 要:采用化学氧化法,以盐酸为掺杂剂合成一类新型的聚苯胺衍生物——聚邻乙氧基苯胺(POEA)。通过考察反应温度、反应时间、氧化剂用量、掺杂盐酸浓度对POEA溶解性和电性能的影响规律,优化其合成条件:在反应温度15℃,反应时间6h,盐酸摩尔浓度1.00mol/L,过硫酸铵(APS)与邻乙氧基苯胺(OEA)的质量配合比为1∶1条件下,制得的POEA的溶解度为67.52%、电导率达到0.00871S/cm,具有较好的热稳定性和电容性能,在电容电极材料领域应用前景较好。A new type of polyaniline derivatives—poly(o-ethoxyaniline)(POEA)was synthesized by chemical oxidation,using hydrochloric acid as dopant.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,dosage of oxidant,doping concentration of hydrochloric acid on the solubility and electrical performance of POEA were investigated.The optimized synthesis conditions were that the reaction temperature was 15℃,the reaction time was 6 h,the molar concentration of hydrochloric acid was 1.00 mol/L,the quality ratio of APS and OEA was 1∶1.The polymerization products which the electrical conductivity was 0.00871 S/cm and the solubility was 67.52% were obtained under optimized conditions.The results showed that the thermal stability and capacitance performance of POEA were relatively good,and POEA had a good application prospect in the field of capacitor electrode materials.
