摘 要:术后粘连一直是外科临床专业面临的一个重要问题,是引发术后并发症的主要原因。综述了现有的减少或预防术后粘连的方法,如改善外科手术技术、药物疗法及物理隔离阻隔法,介绍了近年来用于物理隔离的可吸收高分子材料,其中明胶类和聚乙二醇类防粘连材料具有广阔的应用前景。基于柠檬酸的生物可降解弹性体CABEs具有优良的生物相容性、血液相容性以及可控的机械性能和降解性。故提出一种合成防粘连材料的新方法,即用柠檬酸修饰天然多糖,合成满足应用要求的生物可降解防粘连材料。Postsurgical adhesion formation has been a challenge in every clinical field of surgery,which is the main cause of postoperative complications.The methods for reducing or preventing postsurgical adhesion formation were reviewed,such as improving surgical technique,pharmacology therapy and physical barrier,as well as the absorbable macromolecules for physical barriers,in which the anti-adhesion materials consisted of gelatin or polyethylene glycol had a great potential application prospect.Biodegradable elastomers(CABEs)based the citric acid possessed the properties of biocompatibility,hemocompatibility,controllable mechanical properties and biodegradability.So a novel synthetic methods for anti-adhesion material was proposed,which was described as modifying the natural polysaccharides with citric acid to obtain a kind of requested biodegradable materials.
