摘　　要：村级档案作为最基本的农村档案建构单位,是农业和农村档案中数量最大也是与农民关系最直接的档案。本文通过对村级档案工作60年的历史梳理,总结其在建档方略、档案收集、档案管理、档案利用方面的成功经验,也反思其过于依赖行政命令驱动,民主管理与决策力度不足,在乡土文化建设中长期缺位等方面的不足。基于此,提出催生村级档案工作的内生动力和内在需求,围绕民主建设发挥村级档案的赋权和监督功能,围绕文化建设重构村级档案文化内容等工作策略,以期对村级档案工作长远发展有所助益。As the most fundamental unit in rural archives construction, the village archives are the largest and most relevant archival records in agricultural and rural archives. Through the review on the history of village archives in 60 years, this paper summarizes the successful experiences of archiving strategy, archival collection, archival management, and archival utilization. The author discovers that there exists several problems, such as the deficiencies of excessively depending on administrative order, insufficient democratic management and decision- making, and the long-term absence in the rural culture construction. Then, the paper proposes several strategies, including the intrinsic motivation and needs of developing village archives, functioning the right and supervision of the village archives, and rebuilding the content of village archival culture, with the expectancy of promoting the development of the village archival work.
