当前我国民生档案远程服务馆际协作模式研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国许多省市积极探索民生档案远程服务模式,通过一定区域内馆际协作为民众提供便捷的查档出证服务。归纳起来,当前较典型的有市域、省域、城市圈和跨省馆际协作4种模式。本文选取福州市、浙江省、武汉城市圈和上海浦东作为案例样本,分析上述模式的形成与特点、架构与机理、优势与不足,以期为各地馆际协作的开展提供参考。In recent years, many provinces and cities in our country have actively explored the remote service mode of livelihood archives, and provided convenient inspection and certification services for the public through inter-archives collaboration in a certain area. To sum up, there are four models in inter-archives collaboration： city, province, city circle and inter-provincial. Selecting Fuzhou city, Zhejiang Province, Wuhan city circle and the Pudong District of Shanghai as samples, this paper studies the formation and characteristics, architecture and mechanism, advantages and disadvantages of the models, so as to provide reference for inter-archives collaboration..
