摘  要:呼气末正压(PEEP)是维持机械通气患者肺泡开放的常用手段,但气管切开的脱机患者常因卧床、误吸等因素造成肺泡塌陷,目前仍缺乏有效手段为这类患者提供PEEP支持。设计一种带有可调节PEEP阀的高流量吸氧装置为患者提供持续可调节的PEEP,将有助于改善患者氧合,维持肺脏的生理功能。Positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) is a common method to maintain alveolar patency in patients undergoing mechanical ventilation. However, in patients undergoing tracheotomy, alveolar collapse often occurs due to bedridden, aspiration, and other factors. There is currently no effective means to provide PEEP support for such patients. The application of a high-flow oxygen inhalation device with a PEEP valve was designed to provide patients with continuously adjustable PEEP, which helps to improve the patient's oxygenation and maintain the lung's physiological functions.
