摘  要:目的 :用司帕沙星与洛美沙星随机对照治疗急性呼吸系统细菌性感染 ,对前者进行安全性及有效性评价。方法 :剂量为司帕沙星 2 0 0mg ,QD ,疗程 5~ 14天 ,洛美沙星 2 0 0mgBid ,餐后 1小时服用 ,疗程 5~ 14天。结果 :共完成 82例 (试验组 42例 ,其中 1例只计不良反应 ,对照组 40例 ) ,病种包括化脓性扁桃腺炎、扁桃腺周围脓肿、急慢性支气管炎、肺炎、支气管扩张症伴感染等 ,试验组与对照组对不同感染病种患者的有效率分别为 87 80 %与 73 12 % ,试验组、对照组不同细菌感染者的有效率为 87 18%与 73 6 8% ,组间无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,两组细菌清除率分别为 92 31%与 81 5 8% ,不良反应发生率分别为 9 5 2 %与 5 0 0 % ,差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。 77株细菌对司帕沙星与洛美沙星高敏率为 81 12 %与 6 7 5 3%。结论 :司帕沙星抗菌谱广 ,抗菌活性强 ,为一治疗轻、中度急性呼吸系统细菌性感染安全有效的口服药物。Objective:The efficacy and safty of domestic sparfloxacin versus lomefloxacin were evaluated through randomized controlled clinical trials on patients with acute respirtory bacterial infections.Method:Fourty one patients enrolled in trial group and received sparfloxacin 200mg QD for 5~14 days;40 in control groups received lomefloxacin 200mg Bid for 5~14 days 40 in control groups received lomefloxacin 200 mg Bid for 5~14 days Results:The efficacy rate in each group were 87 80% and 73 12%,bacterial eradication rate were 92 31% and 81 58%,adverse events rate were 9 52% and 5 00% respectively There were no significant differences between the relavant rates( P >0 005) The sensitivity rate of bacterial isolates to sparfloxacin was 96 18%,mildly higher than that oflomefloxacin Conclusion:The results suggested that sparfloxacin,with wide antibacterial spectrum,satisfactory activity,is an effective and safe antibiotics in treatment of mild to moderate acute respirtory tract bacterial infections.
