摘 要:通过调距桨静态加载试验,对叶根螺栓杆部进行贴片测试应力应变,并与理论计算、仿真分析结果进行对比验证,试验测试结果与相同工况下的仿真分析计算结果基本一致,趋势相同,验证了有限元仿真分析计算结果的准确性与合理性,为叶根螺栓的强度校核与优化设计提供了参考依据。In the experiment of CPP with the method of loading statically, the distribution of axial strain and stress of blade-bolt are measured using the strain-gauge. Comparing with the analysis of FEM, the results of measured and calculated are consistent and homological on the assumption that the load cases are uniform. The contrast indicates that the result of FEM is exact and rational on a certain extent. Also, the result of stress measured can provide a strong support for strength check and optimization design for the CPP blade-bolt.
