病案数字化综合管理系统的应用

摘　　要：目的通过分析某医院近10年数字化病案的使用情况,了解数字化扫描病案在临床应用以及对医疗活动的影响,为数字化扫描病案更好的发展提供参考。方法从某医院数字化综合管理系统中选取2008年1月1日-2017年12月31日期间使用数字化影像扫描软件查阅的3481227份次,窗口打印功能进行患者病案打印的330 688份病案进行统计分析。结果数字化扫描10年间数字化扫描总量达到518 796份次,共计31 543 107页,且呈现逐年上升的趋势;病案复印窗口通过数字化综合管理系统打印的病案资料从2008年的950页,增长到2017年的1 938 781页,增幅显著。结论病案数字化综合管理系统的应用使医务人员从低效的手工方式中解放出来,提高了病案的利用率,节约各类医疗成本,确保病案保存安全、查阅方便、复印快捷,是纸质病案向全电子病案过度良好运行方式。Objective To analyze the use of digital medical records in a hospital in recent 10 years, understand the clinical application of digital medical records and the impact on medical activities, and provide reference for the better development of digital medical records. Methods 3,481,227 pieces of data were selected from the digital integrated management system of a hospital from January 1, 2008 to December 31,2017, and 330,688 pieces of medical records were analyzed by using the digital image scanning software. Results In the 10 years of digital scanning, the total amount of digital scanning reached 518 796 times, totaling 31 543 107 pages, and presented an upward trend year by year. The medical records printed in the medical copy window through the digital integrated management system increased significantly from 950 pages in 2008 to 1,938,781 pages in 2017. Conclusions The application of digital integrated management system of medical records relieved medical personnel from inefficient manual methods, improved the utilization rate of medical records, saved all kinds of medical costs, and ensured the preservation of medical records, easy access and fast copying.
