摘　　要：通过对国内以住院病案首页数据挖掘和统计分析为主题的研究论文进行统计、分析与总结,为住院病案首页数据的开发和利用服务医院管理提供依据。在CNKI、万方数据库及维普中文科技期刊数据库中,检索了研究"住院病案首页数据挖掘与统计分析服务医院管理"的相关文献。共检索到67篇文章,经过筛选,得出30篇密切相关文献;其中有3篇获基金资助;北京市的研究者发文量最多,共5篇;《中国病案》和《中国医院统计》的载文量最高,各5篇;其研究的内容大致可以分为住院病案首页的使用价值和住院病案首页的开发利用。基于住院病案首页的数据分析的研究和实践有限,且不够深入,应受到各类科研基金及相关期刊的关注,在研究深度、广度和质量方面有待提高。To make statistics, analysis and summary of the research papers on the home page data mining and statistical analysis in China, and provide the basis for the development and use of the hospital management. in the database of CNKI, Wanfang and VP Chinese sci-tech periodicals, the relevant literature on the management of data mining and statistical analysis in hospital records was retrieved. There were few research achievements on the data mining and statistical analysis of the front pages of hospitalized medical records. The content of the research could be divided into the use value of the front pages of hospitalized medical records and the development and utilization of the home page of hospitalized medical records. A total of 67 articles were retrieved. After screening, 30 closely related documents were obtained; 3 of them were funded by the fund; the number of researchers in Beijing was the most, with a total of 5 articles; the Chinese medical record and the Chinese hospital statistics were the highest, each of which was 5. The research and practice based on the data analysis of the front pages of inpatient medical records were limited and not deep enough, which should be paid attention to by various research funds and related journals, and need to be improved in terms of research depth, breadth and quality.
