80例婴幼儿腺病毒肺炎临床特点分析

摘　　要：目的分析和研究婴幼儿腺病毒肺炎的临床特点。方法选取某院2017年1月1日-2018年1月31日接诊的80例婴幼儿患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床治疗资料以及影像学资料等。结果 80例患者中,年龄小于2岁占80%,均有不同程度的发热以及肺部啰音症状,发热时间多为1周-2周,有71.2%的患者表现为C反应蛋白升高,各项差异对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT影像主要特征表现为节段性实变(95%)、胸膜增厚(17.5%)、团簇状影(13.8%)、肺叶受累超过3叶(72.5%)以及肺不张(5.0%)。结论婴幼儿腺病毒肺炎病情较重,发热时间长,并发症较多,对于疑似肺炎患者应及早到医院检查治疗,尤其是2岁以下患者,腺病毒肺炎发病率较高,医院和家属应引起重视。Objective To analyze and study the clinical features of adenovirus pneumonia in infants and young children. Methods 80 cases of infants and young children in hospital from January, 2017, January 2018 were selected as research objects. Clinical treatment data and imaging data were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 80 patients, age less than 2 years accounted for 80.0%. All had fever and pulmonary rales in varying degrees. The fever time was usually 1-2 weeks, and 71.2% of patients showed elevated C-reactive protein. The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The main features of CT images were segmental consolidation（95%）, pleural thickening（17.5%）, cluster-like shadow（13.8%）, and lobar involvement more than 3 lobes（72.5%）; the main complications were respiratory failure（26.3%）, pleurisy（21.3%）, atelectasis（5.0%）, and myocardial damage（42.5%）. Conclusions Adenovirus pneumonia in infants was a serious condition with long fever and complications. Patients with suspected pneumonia should go to hospital for treatment as soon as possible, especially patients under 2 years of age, the incidence of adenovirus pneumonia was high, hospitals and their families should Pay attention.
