摘　　要：临床药师参与1例PCI术后急性低血压病例药物治疗全过程。根据患者术前、术后用药情况,提出假设并积极分析患者出现急性低血压的原因。从药学角度提出专业建议,获得了满意的治疗效果。总结了PCI术后药学监护经验心得。Clinical pharmacist participated in the whole process of drug therapy for one case of acute hypotension adverse event after PCI. Based on the patient＇s preoperative and postoperative medication,the hypothesis was proposed and the causes of acute hypotension were positively analyzed. From the perspective of pharmacology,professional advice was given and satisfactory therapeutic effects were obtained. The experience of pharmaceutical care after PCI was summarized as well.
