摘　　要：以96 dtex/58 f多异复合纤维的生产为例,对现有锦纶6纺丝生产线上的设备进行改造,对工艺流程以及生产工艺选择进行了讨论分析。试验证明：通过设备改造,优化工艺流程,选择合适工艺,可以实现单锭位多异复合纤维的一步法生产。Taking the production of 96 dtex/58 f multi-different composite fibers as an example, the existingnolyon 6 spinning production line equipment was modified, and the process flow and production process se-lection were discussed and analyzed. The test results show that one-step production of single-spindlemulti-different composite fibers can be achieved through equipment modification, optimization of processflow, and selection of suitable processes.
