摘 要:为提高聚酰亚胺(PI)纤维的各项性能,以原位聚合的方法将NH2-MWCNTs引入PI基体,采用两步湿纺工艺制备了一系列NH2-MWCNTs/PI复合纤维。SEM结果表明:复合纤维成形良好,NH2-MWCNTs在基体中均匀分散。FTIR测试结果表明:NH2-MWCNTs与PI分子链间存在氢键相互作用,可以有效提高复合纤维的力学性能。WAXD测试证明:NH2-MWCNTs的加入有利于PI分子链间形成规整堆砌结构,当NH2-MWCNTs含量增加时,复合纤维的结晶度有明显提高,而且NH2-MWCNTs加入后,复合纤维的热性能和尺寸稳定性都有了明显提升。当NH2-MWCNTs质量分数为0.75%时,纤维的强度和模量分别为2.7 GPa和109 GPa。To promote the performance of polyimide fibers, NH2-MWCNTs were added into the polymer ma-trix in a way of in-situ polymerization. A series of NH2-MWCNTs/PI composite fibers were fabricated viatwo step wet-spinning process. SEM results indicate that the fibers are formed well and NH2-MWCNTs arewell dispersed in the polyimide matrix. FTIR spectroscopy is employed to study the hydrogen bonds be-tween NH2-MWCNTs and the polyimide molecular chains, which promote the mechanical property of com-posite fibers apparently. WAXD results illustrate that the incorporated NH2-MWCNTs show beneficial ef-fects on the packing of PI molecular chains, and the crystallinity of composites fibers is enhanced signifi-cantly as the loading of NH2-MWCNTs increase. Meanwhile, the thermal properties and dimensional stabili-ty of the composite fibers are also improved by loading of NH2-MWCNTs. The tensile strength and tensilemodulus of fibers containing 0.75% of NH2-MWCNTs are 2.7 GPa and 109 GPa, respectively.
