摘 要:石墨烯改性腈纶调温纤维是基于石墨烯、相变微胶囊对腈纶复合改性而得到的具有优良性能的功能纤维。采用掺杂共混的方法,利用湿法纺丝工艺,制备了石墨烯改性腈纶调温纤维,通过对石墨烯、微胶囊乳液以及腈纶调温纤维的表征,分析了纤维的微观形貌、热焓值、抗菌抑菌、远红外温升等性能。结果表明:与普通腈纶相比,石墨烯改性腈纶调温纤维具有智能调温的功能,并且在抗菌抑菌、远红外温升等方面具有优良的性能。Thermo-regulating acrylic fabric modified by grapheme is a functional fiber with excellent proper- ties based on the composite modification of acrylic fiber with graphene and phase change microcapsules. The acrylic fiber was prepared by the method of doping blending and wet spinning process. Through charac- terization of graphene, microcapsule emulsion and intelligent thermo-regulating fiber, the morphology, en- thalpy, antibacterial properties, far-infrared temperature rise and other properties of the fiber were ana- lyzed. The results show that the smart thermo-regulating fiber modified by graphene has the function of in- telligent temperature regulation compared with ordinary acrylic fiber, and has excellent function in antibac- terial and far-infrared temperature rise.
