摘　　要：以废旧纯涤纶面料为原料,采用醇碱联合法将其溶解,回收对苯二甲酸（TPA）。通过红外光谱、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪、热重分析对回收到的TPA和标准TPA的性能进行测试和分析。结果表明：两种样品的红外光谱吸收峰的峰形基本一致,各元素含量基本相同,证明回收得到的产物是TPA;回收TPA的纯度和酸度满足标准TPA的质量指标;相比标准TPA,回收TPA的衍射峰强度明显下降;当温度较高时,回收TPA的热稳定性较差,但当温度低于240℃时,回收TPA的质量损失少于标准TPA。Using waste pure polyester fabric as raw material, it was dissolved by alcohol alkali combined method to recycle terephthalic acid （TPA）. The recycled TPA and standard TPA were tested and analyzed by infrared spectroscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, X ray diffractometer and thermo gravimetric. The results show that the infrared absorption peaks and the mass fraction of each element of the two samples are basically the same, which proves that the product recovered is TPA. The purity and acidity of recycled TPA meet the quality index of standard TPA. Compared with the standard TPA, the diffraction peak intensity of the recycled TPA is obviously decreased, and the thermal stability of the recycled TPA is poor when the temperature is higher, but the mass loss of the recycled TPA is less than that of the standard TPA when the temperature is below 240℃.
