摘 要:分析了固定式筒子架生产高端帘子布时经线张力的影响因素。通过对织造过程的张力设计,采取边丝制备、插丝锭弹簧优选、降低回纬经线张力、标识线加张等措施,找到了帘子布织造张力的规律曲线和控制方法,有效解决了浸胶和压延时存在的帘子布边紧、标识线松经等技术难题,改善了边部卷姿,满足了市场高端客户的要求。The factors which affected on wrap tension of high-end tire cord fabric produced by fixed creel were analyzed. By designing weaving tension, preparing edge cords, optimizing bobbin spring, increasing the tension of marking cords and reducing the wrap tension at the weft returning position and so on, the law curve and control method of warp weaving tension were found. The problems that the tightness of edge cords and the looseness of marking cords during dipping and calendering process were effectively solved. The winding appearance at edge position was improved and the demands of high-end customers had been met.
