摘 要:通过分析PET/PTT双组分复合长丝的三维卷曲形成和卷曲特性,提出了设计复合长丝卷曲性能试验方法的思路:着重卷曲收缩相关参数的研究,并且针对紧缩伸长率、紧缩弹性恢复率和卷缩收缩率,分别进行了不同试验方案的比对验证,进一步证明卷曲收缩率是合理的表征参数。具体测试方案应符合PET/PTT复合长丝卷曲性能的特点,充分显现三维螺旋卷曲结构,适当减小施加负荷。By analyzing the formation of three-dimensional crimp and crimp characteristics, the deslgmng idea of test methods for the crimp properties of composite filament was put forward, that is the research on the parameters of crimp contraction should be emphasized. In addition, the comparison tests of contraction elongation, contraction recovery and crimp contraction have been carried out, to further prove that the crimp contraction is a reasonable characterization parameter. The specific test plan should fully display the three- dimensional spiral crimp structure and reduce the applied load appropriately, so as to conform the crimp characteristics of PET/PTT bi-component filament yams.
