摘  要:将石墨烯应用在黏胶纤维、莫代尔纤维、聚乳酸纤维中,并成功制备出石墨烯改性纤维水刺非织造布。对石墨烯改性纤维水刺非织造布的表面形态、断裂强力、透气性、液体吸收量及负离子性、抑菌性和低温远红外等指标进行了测试,结果表明:将石墨烯改性聚乳酸纤维分别与石墨烯改性黏胶纤维和石墨烯改性莫代尔纤维混合后水刺,改善了纤维的缠结情况,非织造布透气性和吸水量指标都得到提高;石墨烯改性纤维水刺非织造布具有负离子特性、良好的抑菌效果和低温远红外特性,适用于面膜卫生材料。Graphene was used in viscose fiber,Modal fiber and polylactic acid fiber,and the modified graphene fiber spunlaced nonwoven fabric was successfully prepared.The surface morphology,breaking strength,air permeability,liquid absorption,negative ion,bacteriostasis and low temperature far infrared of the modified graphene fiber spunlaced nonwoven fabric were tested.The results show that after the graphene modified polylactic acid fiber mixing and spunlacing with graphene modified viscose fibers and graphene modified Modal fiber,the entanglement of fiber and air permeability with water absorption are improved in some extent.Graphene modified fiber spunlaced nonwoven fabric has negative ion characteristics,good bacteriostatic effect and low temperature far infrared characteristics.It is suitable for mask hygiene materials.
