摘　　要：由于氨纶纺丝位之间客观存在的差异使得来自不同纺丝位的丝饼之间的物性出现微小差异,这些微小差异造成氨纶针织经编和纬编布面上出现重复性的连续条痕。阐述了出现上述问题的根本原因,提出了解决方法——充分混纱,并介绍了充分混纱的操作方法。Due to the objective differences between Spandex spinning positions,there are slight differences in physical properties between the yarn cakes from different spinning positions,which result in repeated stripe marks on the warp and weft knitted Spandex fabrics.The root cause of above problems is expounded,the problem——yarn cake randomization is put forward,and the operation method of yarn cake randomization is introduced.
