摘　　要：以多组分复合功能西服面料的开发与生产为例,从原料选择、纱线设计、织物设计以及后整理四方面进行了详细的设计说明,分析探讨了多组分复合功能面料生产各工序的工艺和技术关键,开发了集蓄热保暖、防静电、抗菌除臭等多功能于一体的西服面料,为此类产品的开发与生产提供了参考依据。Based on practical experience of developing and producing multi-component composite function-al suit fabric, a detailed design instructions was given from the four aspects of raw material selection, yarndesign, fabric design, and finishing. Meanwhile, the process parameters and key techniques of each produc-ing process were analyzed and discussed. And finally, suit fabric was developed that integrated thermal stor-age and warmth, anti-static, anti-bacterial and deodorization, etc. It provides a reference for the develop-ment and production of such products.
