综合客运枢纽城市功能开发模式借鉴

摘　　要：随着城市化的进程，中心城市都在大力发展绿色、人文、智能的一体化综合客运枢纽。随着轨道交通的发展，综合客运枢纽不再仅仅规划为多种交通方式换乘衔接的枢纽，还需结合城市规划和土地利用，充分考虑城市功能的建设，打造为站城一体化的综合交通枢纽。其中，综合客运枢纽城市功能的开发模式也从传统的商业开发模式和TOD模式，向站城融合发展。总结不同开发模式的特点、优缺点和适应性，对典型案例进行分析。结合重庆市沙坪坝综合交通枢纽开发定位和需求，选择适合的城市功能开发模式，以指导沙坪坝枢纽的改造建设。With the progress of urbanization, many central cities are developing green, humane and intelligent integrated passenger transport hub. As the rail transit develops, the integrated passenger transport hub is not only planned for the transferring, but also needing take the urban functions into consideration combined with urban planning and land use. Up to now, the development patterns of the urban functions have developed from traditional business and TOD mode to the mode integrating city and station. Summarize characteristics, advantages, disadvantages and adaptability of different modes by analyzing the typical cases. At last, considering the development orientation and demand of Shapingba comprehensive transportation hub in Chongqing, the suitable urban function development mode were chosen to guide the transformation and construction of Shapingba integrated hub.
