摘 要:提出了一种电力载波二次压降测试中角差测量的同步方案,通过精准测量同步脉冲信号传送路径各环节的延时,并加以补偿,有效消除了角差测量中因同步信号传输延时造成的误差。同时给出了同步脉冲控制信号有效传输和处理电路,实现了角差的准确测量。通过与准确度较高的有线测试方式的现场比对,验证了载波同步测试技术的准确性和稳定性,符合压降测试仪技术指标。不但单机仪器的开发可以参考,而且电能计量实时在线检验系统也可借鉴研制相应的功能模块,具有良好的应用前景。A synchronization scheme for angle difference measurement in the secondary voltage drop test of power carrier is proposed.By accurately measuring the delay of each link in the transmission path of the synchronous pulse signal and compensating,the error caused by the synchronization signal transmission delay in the angle difference measurement is effectively eliminated. At the same time,the effective transmission and processing circuit of synchronous pulse control signal is given,and the accurate measurement of angle difference is realized.The accuracy and stability of the carrier synchronization testing technology are verified by the comparison with the field of high accuracy wired testing,which is in line with the technical index of the pressure drop tester.Not only the development of single machine instrument can be referred,but also the real-time on-line inspection system of electric energy metering can also be used for reference to develop the corresponding functional modules,and has a good application prospect.
