摘  要:随着矿山开采技术自动化程度日益提升以及我国采矿工业的持续深入,大部分矿山已进入中深部开采区域,井下通风日益困难,中深部采区通风问题已成为矿山企业高速发展亟待解决的技术难题。针对上述问题,设计了基于RTU技术和自动化管理系统(SCADA)的矿山井下辅扇远程控制系统,该系统能对井下辅扇的运行情况进行监控,并能对设备实现远程控制。现场测试结果表明,系统各项指标符合相关标准,具有较好的实用价值与推广价值。With the increasing automation of mining technology and the continuous development of the mining industry in China,most mines have entered the middle and deep mining areas,and the ventilation of the mine is becoming more and more difficult. The ventilation problem in the middle and deep mining areas has become a technical problem needed to be solved urgently. In view of the above problems,a remote control system of auxiliary fan in mine is designed based on RTU technology and automation management system( SCADA). This system can monitor the operation of auxiliary fan,and can realize remote control of the equipment. The field test results show that all indexes of the system meet the relevant standards,and have good practical value and popularization value.
