摘　　要：研究汽车事件数据记录系统EDR,并将数据应用于车辆质量司法鉴定中。调研汽车事件数据记录系统EDR的国内外应用现状,分析研究安全气囊控制算法和EDR数据参数,并将两者相结合应用于汽车被动安全鉴定,同时研究分析了EDR数据在汽车失控故障鉴定方面的实用性,最后以两起实际案例分析说明EDR的应用情况。EDR数据的应用为实际案例鉴定分析增加了鉴定方法。汽车事件数据记录系统EDR数据的应用在车辆质量司法鉴定案例中发挥了重要作用,提高了鉴定科学水平。Researched the event data recorder and applied to vehicle quality judicial indentification. Extensive investigated the application of event data recorder at home and abroad researched the parameter of event data recorder, and used two cases to illustrate the application of event data recorder. The application of event data recorder provided a new indentification method for judicial indentification. The application of event data recorder played an important role in judicial identification and enhanced the science level of judicial indentification science.
