摘 要:为预测出口毛刺的形成高度,本文根据微铣削加工中未变形切屑厚度理论,构建出口毛刺几何模型。采用有限元仿真方法,分析微铣削加工无氧铜时尺寸效应对出口毛刺尺寸的影响,发现当未变形切屑厚度与刀尖钝圆半径比值为1时毛刺尺寸达到最小值。分析工艺条件对切削力的影响,发现未变形切屑厚度的改变对切向力的变化有显著影响,切削速度的改变对切削力基本无影响。In order to predict the height of exit burrs, the paper constructed a geometric model of exit burrs based on the theory of unformed cutting thickness in micro-milling. A FEA method was used to analyze the influence of the size effect on the burr size of the micro-milling oxygen-free copper. It was found that the burr size reached the minimum value when the ratio of undeformed chip thickness to tool radius was 1. Analyzing the effect of process conditions on the cutting force. It was found that the change of the undeformed chip thickness had a significant effect on the change of the tangential force. The change of cutting speed had almost no effect on the cutting force.
