摘  要:为了高效精确地完成叶片不同截面上型线的测量,应用激光三角法测头、测头座以及三坐标测量机框架等搭建了非接触式的光学坐标测量机,可以实现叶片型线的快速扫描测量。在测量过程中,将激光测头通过PH10M测头座安装在三坐标测量机的Z轴上,并通过测头外参数标定技术与坐标系转化技术等将激光测头的一维距离值转化为被测点的三维坐标值,进而实现被测叶片型线三维点云的创建。最后,应用所搭建的光学坐标测量机对金属球的直径和叶片的截面型线进行扫描测量实验,能够满足使用需求。In order to measure the blade profiles on different sections in a rapid and accurate manner, the laser triangulation probe, the probe head and the frame of coordinate measuring machine(CMM) etc were used to establish a non-contact optical coordinate measuring machine, which can be applied to scan and inspect the blade profiles in an efficient way. In the measuring procedure, the laser triangulation probe was installed on the terminal of Z axis of the CMM through the probe head PH10 M. With the extrinsic calibration and coordinate system transformation, the 1 D distance value of the laser probe can be transformed into the 3 D coordinates of the target point, which might be an important step in the construction of the 3 D point cloud of the blade profile. The optical coordinate measuring machine built up was employed to scan a metallic sphere and a blade profile, which manifests that the system could meet the application requirements.
