我国普惠金融空间差异及影响要素分析

摘　　要：普惠金融空间差异具有多维度影响要素。在构建普惠金融发展指数的基础上,采用全国30个省市的截面数据,从省域互动的角度分析普惠金融的空间差异和影响要素,并利用模糊曲线法验证诱致要素的贡献弹性。研究表明,我国普惠金融空间差异具有明显的阶梯性特征,经济发展水平、收入水平、技术水平和金融素养等对普惠金融的作用强度较为明显。因此,政策措施上除了提高居民收入水平、减少城乡收入差距、提升技术水平、加强金融教育外,需要利用区域、城乡金融系统之间的相互作用和良性互动,带动其他金融产业成长水平提升,最终实现普惠金融的效率改进和协调发展。There exist multidimensional influential factors for the spatial differences of inclusive finance development. On the basis of constructing inclusive finance development index,this paper adopted the cross-section data of 30 provinces or cities of China to analyze spatial differences and their influential factors of inclusive finance from the perspective of provincial interaction and testify the contribution flexibility of induced factors by the fuzzy curve method. It is found that China's spatial differences of inclusive finance has an obvious ladder-like characteristic,and such factors as the level of economic development,income and technology as well as financial literacy apparently exert deep influence upon inclusive finance. Therefore,we should not only adopt policies and measures to improve the level of people's income,narrow urban-rural income gap and promote the level of technology,and strengthen financial education,but also take advantage of mutual effects and benign interactions between regional and urban-rural financial systems to enhance the growing level of other financial industries and realize efficiency improvement together with harmonious development of inclusive finance ultimately.
